3D Environment Artist

We are looking for a 3D environment artist enamoured with history to help us bring to life an authentic Mediterranean urban environment at the turn of the 20th century for our upcoming title Silence, Exile, and Cunning.
Core Responsiblities
- Model 3D environment props and assemble environments using modular asset kits.
- Build scenes in the Unity editor.
- Bake lightmaps.
- Assign and tune materials.
- Maintain scene organization and basic performance standards.
Required Skills
- Production-ready 3D modeling skills
- Strong working knowledge of Unity game engine
- Understanding of modular environment workflows
- Experience with lightmapping and lightmap UVs
- Comfortable working within an established pipeline
Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency in Blender
- Experience with Unity URP and Shadergraph
- Basic optimization skills (polycount, LODs, texture atlasing, etc.)
- Exposure to Godot game engine
Compensation
- €20-30k/year gross, depending on the experience level.
- Initial 6-month contract with 1-month probation period, to be extended long-term based on budgeting outcomes.
- Fully-remote (CET time zone overlap), or hybrid in our Pula office.
- Direct employment available in Croatia, long-term full-time B2B arrangements in the EU also acceptable.
